Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all Pro Shrimp tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
